By engaging Fire Water Wind Restoration for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, including homeowners, business owners, insurance companies, and any other parties who engage our restoration services.

Fire Water Wind Restoration provides professional restoration services including but not limited to:

• Water damage restoration and cleanup
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Storm damage repair
• Mold remediation and prevention
• Emergency water extraction
• Content restoration and cleaning
• Structural drying and dehumidification

All services are performed by IICRC-certified technicians using industry-standard equipment and procedures.

Payment terms are established in writing before work begins. We accept various forms of payment and work directly with insurance companies when applicable.

• Emergency services may require immediate payment or deposit
• Insurance claims are processed according to policy terms
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Fire Water Wind Restoration is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of work performed and materials provided.

• We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance
• Workers' compensation coverage for all employees
• Professional liability insurance for restoration services
• Equipment and vehicle insurance coverage

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the extent of damage and any pre-existing conditions that may affect restoration work.

Our 24/7 emergency response service is available for urgent restoration needs. Emergency service terms include:

• Response time goals of 60 minutes or less in Minneapolis/Saint Paul area
• Emergency stabilization and water extraction services
• Temporary protection and board-up services when needed
• Documentation and assessment for insurance purposes

Emergency services may be subject to additional charges due to after-hours response and urgent nature of work.

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties on restoration services:

• One-year warranty on structural drying and water damage restoration
• Mold remediation warranty according to industry standards
• Content restoration warranty on cleaned and restored items
• Equipment and material warranties as provided by manufacturers

Warranties do not cover damage from new incidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain proper environmental conditions after restoration.

Customer information may be shared with insurance companies, contractors, and other parties as necessary to complete restoration services and process claims.

Our liability is limited to the direct costs of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of business or income
• Damage to items not included in the scope of work
• Pre-existing conditions or hidden damage
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
